State Highway 380

Princeton, TexasJan 13, 20061 Comments

As soon as you approach the city limits of Princeton there will likely as not be a patrol car on the side of the road. They will ticket you as the speed limit drops from 70 to 45 as well as I recall.

Comments:
The speedlimit is posted 60 MPH all across the area (it is 70MPH over in the next county) it drops to 55 MPH then to 45 MPH. City Limit starts at Lake Lavon Bridge, where Speed limit is still 60 MPH, until you get to city proper and it drops to 55 then 45. It is patrolled very heavy by local, county, and State troopers. There has been many deadly crashes on this streach of road thus the heavy patrol.
