State Highway 4 near Bay Point On-Ramp to 4
Saw 3 CHP on bikes, 1 with laser/lidar and another with radar at the on-ramp from Bay Point to westbound Hwy 4, next to the metering lights. This was on 4th of July mid-afternoon but another person told me the CHP does sometimes sit there at other times also.
