The city limits of Hugo, Co are rediculous and the speed limit is 45 clear out of town abut 1 mile east or west. The speed limit changes to 30 miles an hour in town.

Crawling through Hugo on a 4 lane highway with no sideroad traffic at 30 is ridiculous. This needs to be a 45 MPH highway. I've never spent a penny in Hugo and never will.
