State Highway 40 near Fire House
The problem with the trap is that at night time it is exceptionally dark and hard to note the change in speed limit. Also, the highly rural nature of the area can be deceptive if you are the type of person that drives based upon road conditions, i.e. populated area slow down, middle of nowhere drive closer to 55 mph.
