State hwy 41 North goes into Manchester over a small hill, and then back down the hill. There is a GSP station of the left going into town. The local police set up just at the bottom of the hill and tag you when you come over it.

The speed limit is clearly marked and I have never known anyone to get a ticket who was obeying the limit. Also, the limit is posted as you go up the hill, this is an easy place to reduce speed prior to going down the hill. If your breaks work, you can avoid gaining speed going down the hill, since you have had plenty to time to adjust to the lawful speed.
