State Highway 417 near Visitor Center/Border Sign
Emergency vehicle turn-around between the Ontario Visitor center and the Quebec border. Usually catching Quebec bound traffic, but sometimes traffic coming from Quebec too. Slow down at the eastbound hill in front of the visitor center, and the westbound hill just after the Quebec border.
