State Highway 45 near lake Street
Probably already posted, but Manheim Road (45) through Stone Park. You come off the railroad overpass through the Lake Street intersection and the posted is 30 despite the state highway expanding to 3 lanes at that point. And from what I heard in court, no breaks. I was 42 in 30, but I talked to a guy who got wrote up for 32 in 30.
