I was heading east on Hwy 46, and had slowed from 55 to 42 when clocked (according to the officer), in the process of slowing to the ridiculous 30mph through that town. I just came around a blind corner, and there was a Indiana State Police officer sitting in the town park with a radar gun out. Net, the state has decided to get in on the easy money that this ridiculous trap provides – must not have sold the toll roads up north for enough cash. Officer was a complete jerk, clear as day that he wasn’t giving a warning – it was revenue generation time.
