State Highway 47 near Just as you enter Banks from the West
City of Banks. Traveling West bound on Hwy 47 about 1/4 mile before entering Banks the speed limit has changed from 55 mph to 25 mph. It is deceptive because leaving Banks, West bound on 47 it is 55 mph just out of town.
