State Highway 5 near Post Road

Airport police cruisers routinely sit on the Post Road overpass and pull over cars going in both directions by the airport. The airport is in Hennepin County, but is not part of any city, and is under the sole jurisdiction of the airport police.

Comments:
The speed trap at Minn 5 and post road must be good revenue generator. Before I moved out of Minnesota in 1964, I never passed under Post Road without spotting a police car. when I came back to visit and drove that road there was a police car there.
