Coward is a very very small town in South Carolina. In between Lake City and Florence. You will see a voluntary fire dept and a store. Right in that area…although it’s only one cop that patrols Coward due to the size, that one officer covers a lot of the area and get a lot of people. You are safe if you follow the traffic because most likely the people on the road have been through there before and know how they collect speeders.
