6 lane divided highway through rural Pasco County, between the Veterans Expressway and Gunn Hwy, is posted at 45 mph., well below default for the State of Florida and well below safe and reasonable speed for this brand new road. Cops have laser turned off until they see you then they nail you. Nothing you can do except pay the $200+ ticket.
