State Highway 56 near Pizza Hut
Officer and car park in abandoned building parking lot in an area where the speed limit changes from 30 to 35 to 45 in less than 500 yards as you travel east out of town. Artificially inflates speed on citation as judge is only available one day per month and most people can not appear to defend themselves.

This private lot is owned by a local City Councilman named H.L. COMPTON who is buddies with the Chief of Police. The lazy local Police hide here daily under the shade tree and write lots of tickets..
