State Highway 57 near State Route 31

Washington, New JerseyJun 29, 20071 Comments

A Police Officer will sit in his car in the town parking lot on eastbound side of 57. When driving in to the town, the cops will pull you over for over due inspection sticker and seat belt. This is wonderful for people driving to the inspection station around the corner on 31.

Comments:
Like many NJ towns they have a command center at HQ watching the traffic cameras (live) at all the major intersections. If an officer sees you on the flat-screen TV texting at a red traffic light, they'll issue a ticket (texting while driving). South Brunswick does this, too.
