State Highway 59 near State Highway 165
Going east on HWY 59 there is a cop that sits back in the weeds, maybe a mile or two down the road from where HWY 59 crosses HWY 164. I see him almost every day for early morning rush hour.

It's more common at the end of the end of the month. Watch out on the weekends between midnight and 3 a.m. I watch them from my bedroom window, it is constant.
