State Highway 6 near US Highway Alternate 90
Every Sunday after church there is a speed trap on State Highway 6 from U.S. Alternate 90 to the Houston City Limits. Motorcycle DPS shoot the radar and about 1/2 mile up Hwy 6 will be 2-3 black and whites stopping the cars the radar caught. To my knowledge they ticket every stop.
The speed limit is 50 mph. I feel it is a valid situation, But beware, can count on them being there every Sunday.

DPS doesn't have motorcycles, that's Sugar Land police motorcycles. If you'd slow down, you'd be able to read the stickers on their bikes, and you'd be able to see the speed signs when you go by them. The speed limit is 55 not 50.
