The local police in Johnstown like to hide in the entrances to many of the new housing developments and the park-n-ride by the interstate. They seem to concentrate on the am and pm rush hours but can be seen throughout the day. The speed limits go from 45 to 55 back to 45 then 35 min about 4 miles. In recent months they have gotten more creative in the way they hide their cars and can be difficult to see. Since nothing much happens in this town they seem to like writing speeding tickets.
