State Highway 60 & Wacker Dr
Cops sit in the parking lot across from BP in the city’s parking lot of their municiple building. Need to watch as they sit behind sign- no lights. Will catch anyone going east/west on hwy 60. Need to watch when coming in going East on 60 as speed limit drops from 45, to 35, to 30 and then 25 when driving thru Hartford. Need to stick pretty close to speed limit when driving thru hartford at 25 as they sti in the parks off from hwy 60 was well in the center of town.
