State Highway 61 South near 30 Expressway
Coming South from freeway, which is 65 M.P.H. you exit over top via freeway overpass. Immediately South, the speed is 50 M.P.H. which is extremely easy to break. There is very little deviation on excess over the posted limit. City is financially broke and penalizes ANYONE they can.
