As you are entering Harrison from the north, the speed limit reduces from 55 to 45. The Harrison Police Department will hide just inside the 45 mile per hour reduction area on the right side of the road in the used car lot and get you for speeding. Most drivers are going over 55 to start with and do not reduce their speed quick enough to avoid being stopped. This is especially common in the evening hours between 10:00 PM on.
