The small town of Caddo lies just east of where hwy 69/75 and hwy 22 intersect. The town does have jurisdiction on the 4 lane. Only about a mile long, the local officers have a habit of sitting behind the bridge support. Occasionally they will rove around, but mostly they just sit stationary.
