State Highway 7 near State Highway 7

Police Officer sits just inside the 55 mph sign on the far side of town if you are headed south on Highway 7. There is a long "s" curve in the middle of town. As you round the last curve and cross the bridge over a small stream, you can see the officer at the same time you see the 55 mph sign. Do not assume that it is safe to accelerate toward 55 until you pass officer. To him 35 runs to the 55 marker period.

Horrible Town!! Using 2 cop cars, each one sitting at the city limit signs on st. rt. 7. As entering into the town (north bound) a vehicle in front of me was pulled over when I looked down at my speed, I was like wow they weren't speeding...maybe 1-2 mph over at the most, I continued up the road and as I am about to drive out of town another car at the city limit sign. I was maybe 1-2 mph over if that, cop said 12! I guess they are getting a head start on raking in the money for the year. It would be so great to have a 4 lane bypass and dry that town up like the others north of them. If you're like me and have to drive through there, set your cruise.
