Coming into Montevideo from the east on Hwy 7 by Walmart there is 45mph limit they sit by Cenex on the left side of Hwy 7

Nearly entire police force is young rookies going by the book. You will get a speeding ticket if you are even "slightly" over the posted speed limit.
