The speed limit drops from 70 to 60. watch the median between the 4 lane, you can see tracks where the Hy Patrol keeps crossing and pulling vehicles. They caught me 76 and I was required to appear in person or hire a lawyer. Ticket will go away for $300. On return trip I saw 6 other cars stopped.
