When heading away from Santa Ysabel, just in the flat on right side past the Indian Cemetry, before climb up the hill which lead up and over toward the casino
Somne times in this area they use the plane and call down to the officers. Lots of speeding sweeps are done in this area on the weekend due to motorcycle traffic. Especially in the Mt Palomar area.
