State Highway 789
Several years ago, after gassing up our vehicle, we pulled back onto the State Hwy. #789 and traveled approximately 200 yards south when we were stopped by the ‘Chief’ who stated he was working his off day to pick up some extra money. I was charged with speeding by radar

I'm sorry I just don't believe the Chief said that. He wouldn't. The speed limit is posted. The law is the law.
