Comments:
This part of the country is well known for writing traffic tickets. It's the way Dover makes it money to support the law enforcement community. My advice is to avoid this part of Tennessee even if you have to drive 40 miles out of the way. Small town law, you are always going to be in the wrong. In a 5 mile stretch of highway 79 you can always see 1 state trooper, 1 sheriff and 1 city cop. If you are an out of Towner I hope you have plenty of money.
