State Highway 80 near Warriner Fertilizer
Heading out of Russell Springs west on hwy 80, about a 1/4 of a mile past Wilsons building supply on the left, There will be a cop sitting there where the speed changes from 45 to 55. Most are already going 55 in the 45 zone.
