When traveling thru Dover the signs go 35,45,55,65 If you excellerate before you pass the posted speed limit sign you will be stopped and given a $115.00 fine (example if you pass the 55 sign you had better not go over 55 until you pass the 65 sign).

It is my understanding that ihis is an allowed acceleration area, as long as you do not reach that speed immediately. We need to consult an attorney and plead not guilty, and put a stop to this injustice!!
