State Highway 81 near State Highway 81/19/277
Just when you think you are leaving Chickasha jurisdiction, the Ninnekah police will get you. Ninnekah’s jurisdiction actually starts north of the Highway 19 junction and extends past the 277 junction. The northern most area is posted 45 but is a 4 lane that regularly has speeders. Watch out for the stop light at the 19 junction, it changes quickly and the officers sit in the old lot on the east side of the road.

Speed trap on Hwy.81 & Hwy.19 just south of the Chief Drive-In theatre the officers will park in the median waiting for North & Southbound traffic where the speed limit changes... They also park in the median on the north side of the signal light at Hwy.19 & Hwy.81. My husband and I both have been pulled over several times and when we ask why, they answer that they thought we had a burnt out tag light-- we have a fairly new vehicle and there were NO problems with any lights. They pulled our son over & gave him the very same reason for the stop!!!
