State Highway 88 near Ridge Road
A passing lane exist as you leave the Jackson/Martel area. It is uphill and short. The overstaffed CHP waits for you to pass in the passing lane and writes you for doing so. Under no circumstance may you exceed 55 mph.

That part about not exceeding 55MPH...that's called the law. If you break it, I don't understand why the ticket is such a mystery?
