State Highway 9 East near Turner Lane
Theres a blue eyed devil county cop that has wrote me about three tickets right in this area. Head on down to the IGA in Richburg, theres a Mexican cop guarding the fire lane there. Good Luck if that blue eyed devil gets a hold of you, hes a nasty police.
