State Highway 90 near Exit Number Jeanerette Overpass Exit
The City Marshall of Jeanerette will park just over overpass on Hwy 90 and fully funds his office with tickets from this location. Because he is just inside the Iberia parish line, he only parks in a westerly location. The other side of the divided hwy is as often occupied by a state trooper. Fertile grounds.

I had no idea why I was being pulled over. He did not inform why I was being pulled over rather asked openly "do you know why I am pulling you over"? The officer also continued to ask question of whether I was a felon or wanted for other violations and persisted in an argumentative / ambush style. I thought I was 6mph over the speed limit at best.
I am quite sure there is a list of other individuals out there that have been unaware of being over the speed limit and have been a pursuance of what I feel is a "Zealot"?
This guy is out of control . . . Or / That's my opinion is their other individual out there with the same experience ?
