State Highway 91 near 241 toll Crossing
Ther are several areas along the 91 West fastrak lanes where the road curves just enough to obscure the CHP waiting there. There is little or no time to slow down, which has almost caused several accidents (just from what I’ve seen) and they should really not be doing this.

I came upon an accident at this spot in 2007, involving a CHP.....
It appeared to me that the CHP had pulled out of his "hiding place" and a car coming around the bend took him out. This is definitely not a good hiding place for the CHP.
