chief will not let his officers write a warning. he told me that the warning was the signs all the way around the city of newton and he makes his officers give 14 mph over the speed limits (in a 45 zone,he want write a ticket until the driver is running 60mph) when you hit the 15 over look out,they will have you!

This posting is quite old. There have been multiple changes in law officers since 2004. While they will stop you for speeding, you will need to be at least 12 miles over the limit. I live in a nearby county and travel here quite frequently. Most of the time I see the police car sitting at the City Hall and in the last two years have not seen anyone stopped there.
