State Highway 95
This area of Highway 95 changes speed limits 4 times in about 17 miles, it goes from 55 to 45 to 55 to 45, everytime I travel this section, I see at least one car pulled over by either the Sheriff of the Highway Patrol, it seems to be safe to stay at 50 MPH for the entire length, I have never been stopped there, but I am careful.

I know this highway well, going toward Needles there is a 45 mph on your side of the road and directly accross from it going toward BHC is one that say 55 mph. I was going to take a picture of this just in case I ever got a ticket here. Is is possible lanes traveling in different directions have different speed laws?
