They sit in the parking lot for what use to be Centerville Store. They can see you long before you see them.

This town has been notorious for speed traps for years. In 1958 while in route to a funeral my family was stopped and detained at the home of sitting the justice of the peace at that time for 4 hrs. along with 8 other cars. My fathers fine was "What you have in your pocket minus $10.00". May be a family tradition.
