State Highway 98 near Foley Beach Expressway
I have been stopped twice in Elberta, each time going 45 in a 35 mile area. County road 20 turns off 98 in the center of Elberta. It is mostly farm area. I was stopped on a Sunday evening coming home from church, going 45 and it cost me $100.
