State Highway Angeles Crest near US Highway 210 Freeway
Highway patrol park in the center of Angeles Crest Highway about 1/3 mile north of 210 freeway on moderately steep downhill grade. All vehicles that don’t constantly ride brakes will exceed the 45mph limit.

This area is posted 45 MPH and that might even be too fast since it is difficult to stop at the signals at the bottom of the hill. There have been many accidents and several deaths in this vicinity. I think enforcement is well justified here and not a "Speed Trap."
