Semi limited access…Speed limit is 35mph…Most of the time the police officers sit behind the "WELCOME TO HARBORCREEK" sign at the start of highway. The road follows railroad tracks that serve local industries.>>>>Watch out around parked rail cars and Tankers! They also have concrete barriers from past construction>>>Kinda convenient they have not been removed from a newly constructed highway.
