State Highway Business 59 near FM FM 1686 Exit
Speed limit drops from hwy. limit of 70 to 55. Where as a 65(or even a 60) speed limit would be sufficent. When being patrolled do not be fooled by a county or state officer being busy with a speeder ’cause another will be lurking(or two).

Yep, this is definitely a speed trap. Careful, because there can be as many as 4 trooper cars waiting.
