State Highway GA 400 South near Exit 8 Mansell Rd

If you try to get off on Exit 8 when traveling GA 400 S, and then try to immediately get on (so go straight) on the GA 400 S ramp, there is a sneaky cop standing there near the Marta bus stop and he pulls you over for failure for not following the sings. The Judge in the court is ruthless and will not listen to anything you say. This minor offense will result into $196 and 3 points on your record.

There is lot of serious crime happening in the AM rush hour like people running red light etc that can kill people, but this cop has nothing better to do other than trap hard working people trying to get to work in time.

Someone should form a small group in conjunction with a lawyer and do something about this.

UNTIL THEN MY ADVISE IS DO NOT GET A BENCH TRIAL BUT INSTEAD GET A JURY TRIAL ! Hopefully the people of the city on the jury will understand what it takes to go to work every single day at 7 am.

I got nailed on this one. Just a cash cow for the City of Alpharetta. My cop told me they had him there all month.Be sure to check your ticket. I was one of three cars pulled over at once; my cop mixed up the cars on the printed ticket. Took two trips to court, but the case was dismissed...I told the judge I could not plead guilty to that offense in that vehicle because I didn't own or rent that car. LOL!
