State Highway Hwy 123 Bypass near State Highway Hwy 90
Hwy 123 Bypass-posted speed limit is 45 miles an hour and is enforced regularly by the city police and the DPS, both in police cars and with motorcycle police officers who hide at the top of the unfinished hill. It is a 4-lane highway, and the cross street speed limit (which is a dinky little 2 lane road (Hwy 90) with red lights is 50mph!) They must get 20 people an hour on the days they are enforcing. Seguin is pretty bad for being pulled over.

This pretty bad when your told you must have 20 tickets written at this location. Sequin Police has been spoken of bad by many who travel by there going to Houston or returning. Know I understand why I know the law must be inforced but stating you must write so many citations tell me they will give it no matter what.
