State Highway IL-22 near Kemper
When you’re heading on IL-22 between Quentin and IL-83, you pass the driveway for Kemper. There is often a cruiser sitting perpendicular to IL-22. The speed limit is set very high at 50mph so be pretty careful. Since there are so many hills, it’s difficult for a radar detector to pick up the Ka-Band radar.
