State Highway Imperial Highway near Beach Boulevard
When leaving La Habra in the morning heading westbound on Imperial Hwy, just west of Beach Blvd. The motorcycle cop hides behind the Welcome to La Habra sign and catches people building up speed to get over the hill. You can’t see him until it’s too late because he blends in withthe sign and the tree. Another motorcycle cop does the same thing in the opposite direction in the afternoons.
