All of these major four lane U.S. and state routes are underposted by 5 to 15 mph in most areas. With long distances between lights and people in a hurry to places such as woodfield, o’hare, wisconsin, etc., its easy to go over the already low speed limits. There is no place they can’t sit to catch speeders. Other roads like central, euclid, and busse are’nt much better.
