State Highway Pacific Coast Highway near Newland Street
HBPD motor sits on the beach side of PCH just south of Newland in the bus turn out. There are no lights on PCH, so he’s blacked out and not visible at all. I’m seen him there around 11pm several nights a week.

Same comment as above: this is the route between the watering holes in Long Beach and Newport Beach. Stay away from 10pm to 3am, especially on weekends.
