CHP Motorcycle office stands behind trees on the sidewalk at the traffic light facing north. The speedlimit is 25 and changes to 45 at the traffic light, so drivers she see a green light speed-up while in the 25 zone. Got me!

Same thing happened to me they were standing on the side of the road fighting crime. The speed limit changes from 25 to 45 and people have to speed up. If you think about it they could give you a ticket for going to fast in the 25 or to slow in the 45, either way it's a Fee Trap and a Speed Trap.
