State Highway Route 238 Old Williamsburg Road
They use a false excuse that 238 magically starts at Goosley Road and not when leaving the Historical Park road; which is a cobblestone un marked road, When you leave the Park road you enter a paved, marked in center and has sides marked and curb, just like the rest of 238.
