State Highway Route 3 near State Highway 360
Just before intersection of Rt. 3 and 360, speed limit decreases from 55 to 45. On weekends, sheriff is waiting just before AND after the light on Rt. 3. After the light, continuing on Rt. 3, it is wide open country, there is no congestion, a four lane divided highway, etc, but the limit remains unrealistically at 45. Most drivers assume that after the intersection, the 55 limit resumes.

This is a well posted area. The reason the limit is at 45mph is because it is the County's Industrial area and expected group will make it mandatory that the limit will forever be 45mph.
